From the North, take Route 13 (starting in Delaware) and continue South to the town of Exmore.
From the South, take the Chesapeake Bay Bridge/Tunnel, continue North on Route 13 to the town of Exmore.
At the corner of Route 13 (Lankford Highway) and Broadwater Road in Exmore you'll see a Rose Department Store and Ace Hardware. At the light, turn onto Broadwater Road (Road 652) - Right turn from the North; Left turn from the South.
Continue 1 1/2 miles to the end of the road. Turn left on Occahannock Neck Road (Rt. 183). Continue approximately 8 miles; pass the Jamesville Post Office on your left. Make the next right turn onto Battle Point Road.
Go 1/2 mile - Turn left onto Peaceful Lakes Drive (Peaceful Community Sign). Take the first right onto Peaceful Pond Drive. Go to the end to 4847 Peaceful Pond Drive.
