our rates

			The weather on the Eastern Shore is usually great starting as early as March and running through Thanksgiving. Our rates are based on the check-in date and are as follows: Peak Season (April 1st to September 30th) - $1,250 per week, Off Season (October 1st to March 31st) - $800 per week; $300.00 per weekend (Friday-Sunday).
